Catalystic Leadership was founded and led for many years by Dan Coombes. Over time, Dan’s long friendship with Kevin Krosley grew into a professional collaboration when the business needed an additional executive coach. Today, Kevin leads most client engagements, while Dan continues to serve as Founder and Executive Coach Emeritus—advising and coaching Kevin while making more room for family, fishing, and the travel connected to both.
Kevin Krosley
Kevin Krosley is an executive coach and leadership advisor with four decades of experience in leadership, organizational improvement, and developing people.
He spent 24 years with Sigma-Aldrich and Merck KGaA in roles spanning research and development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, global process improvement, new business development, and executive leadership. Kevin worked directly with each of Sigma-Aldrich’s four CEOs and served as Chief of Staff during a period of significant organizational growth and change. He later served for six years as executive pastor of a large St. Louis church.
Over the past two decades, Kevin has worked with more than 200 leaders through individual coaching, leadership-team engagements, workshops, and facilitated development experiences. His work has included CEOs, senior executives, nonprofit executive directors, functional leaders, and professionals transitioning from technical expertise into people leadership.
Kevin helps leaders step back, see complex challenges from a broader perspective, and become more intentional about how they lead. His work combines practical business experience, thoughtful inquiry, and a focus on building healthier leaders, more cohesive teams, and organizations capable of delivering meaningful results.
Dan Coombes
In my career, I've navigated a wide array of leadership roles, spanning Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, eventually leading global Leadership Development and Executive Coaching initiatives for over 22,000 employees at Monsanto. I've had the privilege of working with senior leaders in many public, private, and non-profit organizations around the globe and across multiple industries, mainly in agriculture, sporting goods, financial services, healthcare, and retail. My passion as a coach and consultant lies in helping leaders at all levels—whether in the C-suite or just starting out—to achieve their full potential and create lasting impact within their organizations. While my coaching covers a broad range of topics, my consulting work focuses primarily on building leadership effectiveness, enhancing team and organizational performance, and guiding organizations through major transformations.
